Chef Dan Catanio
A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in the 1990s, Chef Dan began his career at the Hilton Corporation, serving as the saucier at the Waldorf Astoria in Manhattan. His illustrious culinary career would later take him to the country club of Little Rock, Arkansas, where he cooked for notable figures like Sam Walton, President Bill Clinton and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. Additionally, Chef Dan worked at Harvey's Casino Resort in Stateline, Nevada, and an Indian Casino Resort in Coos Bay, Oregon. Beyond his professional kitchen roles, Chef Dan has made significant contributions to the culinary world through media appearances, notably as the Executive Producer of his own two Culinary TV Programs, "Culinary Magic" and "Oregon Bounty Cooking Show." Presently, Chef Dan is dedicated to sharing his expertise by teaching the next generation of culinary professionals while also offering cooking classes for home chefs.
