Slice the bell peppers in half. Remove the membrane and the seeds. Run the bell pepper under water if necessary.

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey with the spices, tomato paste an other fillings of your choice. Mix them well and ensure the salt, pepper and spices blend well with the meat.
