Best Oven Baked Salmon Recipe
This oven baked salmon recipe yields a tender and juicy salmon fillet when cooked low and slow to an internal temperature of 150°F. Stay close to the oven and monitor the baked salmon temperature closely with a thermometer since this is a type of fish that can dry out quickly. For this baked salmon recipe I use the salmon loin. This is part of the salmon fillet right above the tail (which dries out quickly) and above the belly. This stays more moist and has some better flavor.
